Cellar Sesame ("the app") is a wine cellar management application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account information: email address and name when you create an account or sign in with Apple
• Cellar data: wine inventory, tasting notes, ratings, and drinking history that you enter into the app
• Usage data: app interactions stored as part of the sommelier conversation history

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the app and your personal wine cellar
• To power the AI sommelier feature, which sends your cellar inventory to Anthropic's Claude API to generate recommendations
• To sync your data across devices via Supabase

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — AI sommelier responses; your cellar data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate recommendations (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Apple Sign In — optional authentication method (apple.com/legal/privacy)

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@cellarsesame.com. We will action all deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Cellar Sesame is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
